Kenneth L. Hull
Kenneth L. (Ken) Hull has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. He is licensed by the State of Utah as a Professional Counselor. Ken has successfully counseled clients for over 20 years with various mood disorders, sexual behavior problems, severe addiction issues with alcohol, drugs and pornography.
One of the most significant areas of expertise that Ken has developed is in the treatment of clients with Asperger’s Syndrome and high functioning autism.
Ken can assess and treat the client, coach parents, teachers and others in the client’s lives so they can work as a coordinated team in helping the client develop within the bounds and range of their abilities so they reach their fullest potential.
Ken is an approved as a sex offender affiliate provider for the State of Utah Department of Corrections and is NOJOS trained so he can provide a full range of services for both adults and juveniles with sexual behavior issues.
Ken has been a parent and foster parent. He has been a counselor for youth in the Utah Juvenile Justice system. He has also been a caseworker and program manager for the Utah Division of Child and Family Services helping youth that are leaving foster care deal with personal, behavioral and emotional issues, find housing, employment and access to higher education.
In addition to his clinical work for the State of Utah, Ken has been in private practice since 2002. His vast range of experience, maturity and ability to “connect” with a wide range of people has proven to be an effective combination in serving the needs of his clients.
